Toronto, Ontario — January 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Evolve Funds Group Inc.’s Evolve International Equity UltraYield ETF (TSX: INTY) has launched on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) following the closure of its initial unit offering, the company announced today.
The ETF, trading under the ticker symbol INTY (Hedged ETF Units), aims to provide both income and long-term capital appreciation through investments in international equity securities that offer the potential for significant option premiums.
Evolve anticipates making cash distributions on INTY twice per month, with the potential for more frequent distributions. The first distributions for INTY are outlined in the table below:

To boost yield and mitigate risk, INTY will implement a covered call option writing program managed by Evolve. The extent of this program will be adjusted based on market volatility and other considerations.
INTY will also employ modest leverage, not exceeding approximately 33% (or 1.33x) of its net asset value (NAV), to pursue its investment goals. This leverage will be achieved through cash borrowings, derivatives, or other methods permitted by securities regulations.
