BELVIDERE, NJ — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Edible Garden AG Incorporated (Nasdaq: EDBL, EDBLW) has announced preliminary sales results for the Thanksgiving period in 2025, showcasing a 26.9% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The company, a provider of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) solutions and sustainable, locally grown organic produce, noted that the sales period reflected in the announcement spans from November 1st to November 30th for both 2025 and 2024.
Edible Garden’s Poultry Mix, a combination of rosemary, thyme, and sage, packaged in a 3 oz. clamshell, was a key driver, with sales growing 27.5% compared to 2024. This growth was attributed to expanded Walmart distribution and custom in-store displays.
The company also reported sales increases across several product lines:
- Hydroponic products: up 44.8%
- Potted herbs: up 10.9%
- Poultry Mix: up 27.8%
- Cuts / processed herbs: up 23.7%
The Pickle Party™ line of fermented fresh pickles, as well as Pulp gourmet sauces and chili-based products, also contributed to the company’s Thanksgiving period results.
Edible Garden CEO Jim Kras commented on the company’s performance during the 2025 Thanksgiving period, noting the nearly 27% year-over-year growth and the strength of the company’s core product portfolio. He added that the company’s expanded presence at Walmart, supported by custom in-store displays and larger format packaging, increased seasonal visibility and met heightened consumer demand.
Kras also noted that Edible Garden’s fulfillment rate exceeded 98%, which he believes reinforces the confidence that retail partners place in the company and supports the company’s strategic objective of expanding distribution and deepening its presence with major national retailers. He believes that the Thanksgiving period positions the company well for continued growth throughout the balance of the holiday season and beyond.
This press release also contains reference to the Company’s fulfillment rate, which is a key performance metric management uses to analyze and measure the Company’s financial performance and results of operation.
Management uses fulfillment rate as a measure of current and future business and financial performance, and it may not be comparable with measures provided by other companies. The Company defines fulfillment rate as the percentage of orders filled in full, relative to the total number of orders received during the period.
