EDMONTON, AB — February 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Dr. Phone Fix Canada Corporation (TSXV: DPF) has announced its board of directors has approved the granting of stock options to its directors in lieu of cash compensation. The options are under its stock option plan and will allow them to acquire an aggregate of 3,720,000 common shares of the corporation.
The options were issued on February 12, 2026, and are exercisable for a period of 10 years at a price of $0.19 per common share. 25% of the options vested on the grant date, and the remaining 75% will vest in three 25% increments at the end of each of the three subsequent 90-day periods following the grant date.
All options and the common shares underlying such options are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the grant date.
Following the option grant, the corporation has a total of 8,992,125 options outstanding. The corporation’s stock option plan limits the total number of common shares underlying the aggregate outstanding options at any time to no more than 10% of the common shares which are issued and outstanding at such time. As of the date of this press release, the total number of common shares underlying the aggregate outstanding options represents approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
