Doug Seneshen has retired as Lead Director of dynaCERT Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Seneshen will continue to support dynaCERT as a consultant to the Board.
The Board of Directors expressed their appreciation for Mr. Seneshen’s guidance and leadership since he joined the Board in 2024. His contributions will be missed by the company’s directors, executives, and employees.
Mr. Seneshen stated he was proud to have played a role in guiding a company committed to environmental stewardship. He added he leaves the Board with confidence in the company’s leadership and believes dynaCERT is strategically positioned to achieve global scale.
