TORONTO, Ontario — February 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Discovery Silver Corp. (TSX: DSV, OTCQX: DSVSF) has announced the appointment of Lee Hodgkinson to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Hodgkinson brings over 25 years of experience as a Partner in public accounting and auditing, specializing in the mining industry. He previously served as the National Industry Leader of KPMG LLP’s Canadian Mining Practice for over 20 years and as the Director of KPMG’s Global Mining group for over a decade. His background includes financial reporting and international auditing standards. He has served as the principal audit engagement partner for several of Canada’s leading mining companies and has completed his ICD.D. from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.
Mr. Hodgkinson stated he is honored to be appointed as a Board member and looks forward to working with the other directors and the leadership team.
Tony Makuch, Discovery’s President and CEO, welcomed Mr. Hodgkinson to the Board, citing his experience in mining, global finance, and governance. Makuch noted that Mr. Hodgkinson’s leadership roles at KPMG reflect his commitment to industry standards and global best practices.
