KELOWNA, BC — February 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI) announced that Tiffany & Co. Canada has agreed to release the company from all security and indebtedness related to outstanding Tiffany credit facilities and terminate the off-take agreement. The agreement between Diamcor and Tiffany has an effective date of February 6, 2026.
Diamcor also announced that it has been granted an extension to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting until June 30, 2026, by the British Columbia Registrar of Companies.
