STAMFORD, Conn. — January 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (TSX: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF) has announced preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025 (“Q4 2025”). The company also decided to discontinue its hemp division and cease operating in Missouri.
Net revenue for Q4 2025 is expected to be at least $330 million, representing a sequential increase of approximately 4% and a 1% increase compared to Q4 2024. Adjusted gross profit margin for Q4 and full year 2025 is anticipated to be approximately 48.5% and 50%, respectively.
The decision to discontinue the hemp division was influenced by recent federal legislation passed in November 2025, which reduced the allowable amount of THC to a non-intoxicating level. The combined revenue from the hemp business and Missouri operations amounted to approximately $2 million in Q3 2025 and Q4 2005.
Excluding the discontinued businesses, fourth-quarter net revenue is projected to be at least $330 million, implying a sequential growth of about 4% compared to Q3 2025 net revenue of $317.8 million. This figure surpasses the previous guidance range of low single-digit growth. The fourth-quarter net revenue is expected to grow approximately 1% compared to Q4 2024 net revenue of $327.8 million.
Adjusted gross profit margin for the fourth quarter, excluding the discontinued businesses, is expected to be approximately 48.5%, matching the comparable adjusted gross profit margin for Q4 2024. The full-year 2025 adjusted gross margin is anticipated to be around 50%.
According to Boris Jordan, Chairman and CEO of Curaleaf, the company’s preliminary Q4 results demonstrate the clear impact of the “Return to Our Roots” strategy, citing solid revenue growth and sustained strong margins. Jordan also stated that the company made the strategic decision to wind down its hemp business and exit Missouri. Jordan added that they’re closing the year on a high note with a solid foundation in place to drive renewed momentum and performance in 2026.
Curaleaf anticipates releasing full financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 by early March, followed by an earnings conference call and audio webcast at 5:00 PM E.T. Details regarding the dial-in and webcast will be available in the coming weeks via press release and on Curaleaf’s IR website.
