Coveo (TSX:CVO) CFO to Depart; Hamel Named Interim CFO

Coveo (TSX: CVO), a leader in AI-Relevance, announced today that Chief Financial Officer Brandon Nussey will step down from his position on February 2, 2026, after Q3 earnings, for a career opportunity outside the public markets. Senior Vice President of Finance, Karine Hamel, will be appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, in accordance with the company’s succession plan.

Nussey’s transition will begin today. He joined Coveo in 2023, and Laurent Simoneau, Chief Executive Officer of Coveo, said his financial stewardship and strategic insight have been instrumental in fueling the company’s growth and success.

Simoneau added that he is pleased to have Hamel step into the interim CFO role, noting her deep understanding of Coveo’s business and her financial expertise will ensure a seamless transition.

Nussey said he is proud of the progress made at Coveo and is confident in the team’s ability to continue to drive momentum. He added that he has worked closely with Hamel for nearly 3 years and knows the finance and G&A leadership is in capable hands. As a shareholder, he looks forward to Coveo’s continued success.

Coveo intends to undertake a formal search to permanently fill the CFO role, with internal and external candidates being carefully evaluated.
