Vancouver, British Columbia — January 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Coenda Investments Holding Corp. (“Coenda”), a company controlled by Kerem Akbas, has announced the filing of an amended early warning report (EWR) and a renewed and amended Form 45-102F1 – Notice of Intention to Distribute Securities regarding its holdings of INEO Tech Corp. common shares (TSXV: INEO) (OTCQB: INEOF) (“INEO” or the “Issuer”).
Between Dec. 24, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025, Coenda disposed of 12,166,000 INEO common shares through the TSX Venture Exchange via its registered investment dealer.
Before these transactions, Coenda held 71,014,000 common shares, representing approximately 42.27% of INEO’s issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis. After the dispositions, Coenda controls 58,848,000 common shares, or about 18.13% of the issued and outstanding common shares of INEO on a non-diluted basis.
Coenda filed an amended EWR under National Instrument 62-104 – Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids and National Instrument 62-103 – The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues. The amended EWR updates Coenda’s ownership position and indicates that the transactions occurred through the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company has also filed an amended and renewed Form 45-102F1 – Notice of Intention to Distribute Securities under National Instrument 45-102 – Resale of Securities, allowing for the continued distribution of up to 58,848,000 INEO common shares. According to the renewed notice, Coenda plans to make sales through the TSX Venture Exchange and the U.S. OTC Markets and might consider private transactions, following exchange rules and securities laws.
Coenda may acquire additional INEO securities or dispose of its holdings in the open market, through private agreements, or otherwise, depending on market conditions and other factors, in compliance with securities laws.
