Centurion Minerals (TSXV:CTN) Provides Bi-Weekly Default Status Update

Vancouver, British Columbia — January 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CENTURION MINERALS LTD. (TSXV: CTN) has released a bi-weekly default status report, as required by National Policy 12-203 concerning Management Cease Trade Orders (MCTO).

The company had previously announced on November 14, 2025, its application for an MCTO due to an anticipated delay in filing its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2025. These filings, along with management’s discussion and analysis, were due by November 28, 2025. The MCTO was issued December 1, 2025.

The MCTO restricts the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer from trading company securities until the annual filings are completed and the MCTO is lifted. The MCTO does not prevent other shareholders from trading in the company’s securities.

The delay in the annual filings also affected the timely completion of interim financial statements for the three months ended October 31, 2025. These interim filings were dependent on the annual filings and could not be completed by the December 30, 2025 deadline.

Centurion Minerals and its auditor are working to complete the annual filings and interim filings. The company anticipates filing the annual reports on or before January 27, 2026, with the interim filings expected to follow within five business days. The delay was related to payment of outstanding audit fees, which have since been paid.

Since the initial default announcement, there have been no undisclosed material changes to the information; the company has met its obligations under NP 12-203; there have been no other defaults under NP 12-203; and there is no other undisclosed material information.

The company confirms it will continue to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines set out in NP 12-203 so long as it remains in default of the requirement to file the Annual Filings and the Interim Filings.
