Vancouver, British Columbia — December 16, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CENTURION MINERALS LTD. (TSXV: CTN) provides an update regarding its default status under National Policy 12-203. The company previously announced on November 14, 2025, it had applied for a management cease trade order (MCTO) because it would not file its audited annual financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2025, by the November 28, 2025 deadline. The MCTO was issued December 1, 2025, restricting the CEO and CFO from trading in the company’s securities until the filings are complete.
Centurion Minerals and its auditor are working to complete the filings and expect to file them on or before January 27, 2026. The delay was due to the payment of outstanding auditor fees, which have since been paid.
Since the initial announcement, there have been no other material changes, failures to meet intentions, defaults, or undisclosed material information. The company will continue to comply with NP 12-203.
