KINGSEY FALLS, QC — January 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Cascades Inc. (TSX: CAS) has announced the appointment of François Fillion as Vice-President, Excellence. Fillion, who currently serves as Vice-President, Finance for the Packaging sector, will succeed Emmanuelle Migneault, the recently appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.
Fillion joined Cascades in 2009 and has progressed through various key positions, including Director, Accounting and Consolidation, Corporate Controller, and Vice-President, Finance for corporate operations, Tissue, and Packaging sectors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major in accounting from McGill University and a graduate degree in accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal. According to Cascades, Fillion’s rise within the company is attributed to his skills, leadership, and ability to mobilize high-performance teams. He has also completed several strategic and structuring projects.
