Toronto, Ontario — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Canadian GoldCamps Corp. has announced the termination of its amended definitive agreement with F3 Uranium Corp.’s subsidiary, F4 Uranium Corp., to acquire up to a 70% interest in F4’s Murphy Lake Property in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The agreement, dated October 21, 2024, has been terminated, and the previously announced transaction will not proceed, which was initially disclosed in a news release dated October 23, 2024.
Trading of Canadian GoldCamps’ shares will resume immediately.
