BROOKFIELD, NEW YORK — September 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Brookfield Corporation announced today its intention to redeem all of its outstanding Cumulative Redeemable Class A Preference Shares, Series 51 and Series 52, for cash. The redemption is scheduled to occur on November 1, 2026.
The redemption price for each Series 51 Share is set at $22.44, which includes all accrued and unpaid dividends up to, but not including, the redemption date. For the Series 52 Shares, the redemption price is $22.00. Holders of Series 52 Shares who are on record as of October 15, 2026, will also receive the final quarterly dividend of $0.151250 per share, which is payable on October 30, 2026.
