CALGARY, AB — February 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Bocana Resources Corp. has secured a 60-day extension to its Letter of Intent (LOI) regarding the Arizona placer mining claims owned by LP Associates, LLC (LPA). In exchange for the extension, Bocana will make an additional advance payment of US$50,000.
The extension will allow Bocana (TSXV:BOCA) to secure an exploration permit, if required, from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management for the land in question. The company also plans to conduct a larger bulk sampling of the ore and process the materials through a temporary, off-site pilot processing plant.
This bulk sampling is an advanced exploration and development activity designed to assess the metallurgical properties of a representative ore sample. The sampling will test extractive milling procedures, mill equipment, processing methods, recovery rates, and potential markets. The processed ore will then undergo assay analysis.
All other terms and conditions outlined in the original Letter of Intent will remain unchanged.
