MacPherson stated that Birchtech advanced the commercialization of its water platform, strengthened recurring clean air revenues, and secured a final federal court judgment reinforcing the value of its intellectual property portfolio.
The company’s Clean Air technologies provide a stable and recurring revenue base. In 2025, Birchtech secured additional licensing agreements with major regional utilities, further validating adoption of its patented SEA® mercury capture technology.
