VANCOUVER, British Columbia — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Bessor Minerals Inc. (TSXV:BST.H) has appointed Michael Leahy to its Board of Directors, effective November 28, 2025, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Leahy’s appointment follows the company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on November 28, 2025. He succeeds Arif Merali, who was not put forward for re-election.
Michael Leahy brings corporate development, business strategy, and company operations expertise to the Board. He is currently an Advisor to Oroco Resource Corp., a Director of Rex Resources Corp., and a Director of eLife Minerals Ltd.
Previously, Leahy served as CEO of a publicly traded venture capital firm focused on investments in high-potential start-up companies across industries. Earlier roles include Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer at a private technology company specializing in satellite radar technology for mineral exploration, subsurface 3-D modeling, and infrastructure monitoring. He also held the position of Vice President and Director at International Tungsten Inc. His experience spans natural resources, technology, and tourism resort development, encompassing both private and public companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
