Vancouver, British Columbia — January 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Antimony Resources Corp. (CSE: ATMY) (OTCQB: ATMYF) (FSE: K8J0) is advancing its Bald Hill Antimony Project in New Brunswick, Canada, with plans for a 2026 exploration program.
The exploration will focus on developing high-grade stibnite-bearing antimony mineralization. A 10,000-meter definition drilling program will target the Main Zone, aiming to achieve sufficient drill density for a Maiden Resource estimate.
According to the 2025 NI43-101 Technical Report, the deposit has a potential of 2.7 million tonnes with a grade between 3% and 4% antimony, which translates to 80,000 to 106,000 tonnes of contained antimony. Antimony Resources Corp. has not completed enough work to confirm this estimate. The potential quantity and grade are conceptual in nature as there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.
Fieldwork by ATMY geologists has identified two new zones of antimony-bearing stibnite mineralization, named Bald Hill South and Marcus Zone, located south and west of the Main Zone, respectively. These zones will undergo trenching and drilling as part of the 2026 program. The company believes these discoveries indicate a larger mineralizing system at Bald Hill, and further exploration, including prospecting, mapping, and soil sampling, will be conducted across the broader property.
Roadwork on the west side of the Main Zone revealed the Marcus Zone, characterized by massive to semi-massive antimony-bearing stibnite. This new area of mineralization will be a primary focus of exploration efforts.
According to Jim Atkinson, P. Geo., CEO of Antimony Resources Corp., over 13,800 meters of drilling has already been completed on the property, providing a better understanding of the mineralization and demonstrating significant potential. He noted that the 3-D Model will be updated with new information to aid in the next phase of drilling. The definition drilling planned for the Main Zone in 2026 is expected to be a key factor in the resource calculation. The CEO added that the program is fully funded by the company’s recent financing.
The company also will consult with experts on resource calculations, aiming to complete these calculations in late 2026 or early 2027. This consultation will also inform a permitting roadmap, including an Environmental Assessment. This work has already begun.
The Bald Hill Antimony Property is located in southern New Brunswick, accessible via provincial and regional highways. Year-round drilling is possible. Including the recent drilling program there has been over 13,600 meters of drilling completed on the project.
The Main Zone features multiple antimony-bearing breccias and hydrothermal veins trending north-northwesterly. Mineralization spans a 700-meter strike length to a vertical depth of at least 400 meters and remains open in all directions. High-grade antimony has been found in drilling, including an intersection of 4.51m at 11.7% Antimony (Sb), with 2.29m grading 20.9% Sb in discovery Hole DDH08-03. ATMY’s drilling has confirmed these results and extended the mineralized zone.
A possible extension of the Main Zone was identified in 2014, with trenching returning values of 2.90% Sb over 8.18m, including 5.79% Sb over 1.75m and 8.47% over 1.53m. Drilling confirmed the presence of antimony-bearing stibnite mineralization similar to the Main Zone. Trenching in 2025 rediscovered and extended this mineralization for at least 150 meters.
Antimony Resources also announced marketing agreements with Apaton Finance GmbH, i2i Marketing Group, LLC and BorsenBlick to increase investor awareness and strengthen brand visibility. Apaton will produce editorial and video content in both German and English. The brand-building initiative, combining fact-based reporting with engaging video, has been agreed for a fixed term of 1 month for 75,000 Euros.
AYMY entered into a media services contract (the “i2i Agreement”) with i2i Marketing Group, LLC (“i2i”). Pursuant to the terms of the i2i Agreement, i2i will, among other items, provide the Company with marketing services, which includes social media management, content creation, distribution, digital marketing, digital advertising and any other marketing services as agreed upon by the Company and i2i (the “i2i Services”) for distribution by email, and on popular investor platforms for a 3 month term. The Company will pay i2i for total consideration of US$250,000, for the i2i Services.
Under the BorsenBlick agreement, BorsenBlick will provide online marketing and awareness services for an initial budget of up to 105,000 Euros for a 2 month term.
