Vancouver, British Columbia — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Alma Gold Inc. (CSE: ALMA) has announced its intention to conduct a non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $1,200,000.
The company plans to issue up to 15,000,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant will allow the holder to acquire an additional share at $0.15 for five years from the closing date of the private placement.
Alma Gold intends to use the proceeds for general working capital, including potential strategic initiatives under consideration.
All securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The company does not plan to pay any finder’s fees related to the private placement.
These securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 or any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons unless registered or exempt from registration under said act and laws.
