Alkane Resources Ltd (ASX:ALK, TSX:ALK, OTC:ALKEF) reported quarterly gold equivalent production of 43,663 ounces as of December 31, 2025. The company’s cash, bullion, and listed investments totaled A$246 million, which includes $218 million in cash and $14 million each in bullion and listed investments.
Alkane also noted an increase of A$55 million from the previous quarter, after paying FY25 income tax of $11 million. The company is debt free except for equipment finance of A$22 million as of December 31, 2025.
Alkane received an A$18 million provisional payment in early January from a Costerfield concentrate shipment that shipped in mid-December with payment receipt delayed due to the Christmas holidays.
The company reported sales of 42,709 ounces of gold and 409 tonnes of antimony for the quarter.
Alkane Managing Director Nic Earner noted that the company’s three operating mines produced 42,767 ounces of gold and 267 tonnes of antimony, equivalent to 43,663 ounces of gold. He also stated Tomingley will pour its 750,000th ounce of gold during January 2026, and that the company’s balance sheet has been strengthened, ending the quarter with A$246 million in cash, bullion, and listed investments.
Alkane’s FY2026 group guidance remains unchanged at 160,000 to 175,000 gold equivalent ounces at an AISC of A$2,600 – $2,900 per gold equivalent ounce.
