TORONTO, ON — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM) will have its common shares dually listed on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) starting February 24, 2026. The company will trade on the JSE under the share code “AII” and the international identification number CA00900Q1037.
Aimia’s Executive Chair, Rhys Summerton, stated that the decision to be inward listed on the JSE aligns with their three-step strategy to enhance shareholder value. Summerton said that the inward listing on the JSE will enhance liquidity and accessibility for existing investors in South Africa, qualify Aimia for potential investments by South African pension funds, and facilitate plans to acquire controlling interests in public companies. The company will explore listing opportunities on other bourses to drive increased outreach to global investors and improve valuation.
Aimia will maintain its primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company is not undertaking any capital raise with its secondary listing on the JSE, and its issued share capital will be unaffected. Aimia’s preferred shares will continue to trade only on the TSX.
Aimia Inc. is a diversified conglomerate focused on enhancing the value of its holdings.
