Adelayde Exploration Inc. (CSE:ADDY) Achieves DTC Eligibility, Enhancing U.S. Investor Access

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Adelayde Exploration Inc. (CSE: ADDY) (OTCID: SPMTF) (WKN: A41AGV), a company focused on resource exploration, announced today that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the United States. This development is anticipated to streamline the process for U.S.-based brokers and investors to electronically trade and hold the Company’s shares.

DTC eligibility enables shares to be electronically transferred between brokerage accounts, eliminating the need for physical share certificates and manual transfer procedures. The Company anticipates this will enhance trading efficiency, shorten settlement times, and expand access to Adelayde’s shares for both U.S. retail and institutional investors.

James Nelson, President, CEO, and Director of Adelayde, highlighted the significance of this milestone, stating, “Achieving DTC eligibility is an important milestone for Adelayde. It removes a real barrier for our U.S. shareholders and makes it significantly easier for American investors and brokers to buy and hold our stock.” He added that as the Company advances its antimony, tungsten, and lithium projects in New Brunswick and Nevada, improving accessibility and liquidity for its shareholder base is a priority. Furthermore, Adelayde expects to commence drilling on its gold project in Nevada this September, contributing to multiple projects with potential for significant growth.

The Depository Trust Company is a U.S. financial institution responsible for clearance, settlement, and asset servicing for securities on behalf of its participants, which include most major U.S. brokerage firms. When a company’s shares are DTC-eligible, U.S. investors can trade them through their existing brokerage accounts in the same electronic manner as U.S.-listed companies, bypassing the delays, costs, and manual paperwork associated with physical share certificates or off-DTC transfers.

For an exploration company in its growth phase, DTC eligibility is seen as a crucial step in cultivating a liquid and accessible shareholder base. It addresses a common obstacle for U.S. brokers and investors when considering foreign-listed or OTC securities, potentially narrowing bid-ask spreads and making the shares easier to trade. This positions Adelayde to be more readily available on U.S. brokerage platforms and, over time, considered by a wider range of institutional and retail investors. Management views this as a key component of the Company’s strategy to bolster its capital markets profile in the United States.
